Roles and Responsibilities
- Accountable for strategy, execution, growth,management of our Processor Sales program
- Build a high performing Processor Sales team. Develop team’s capabilities by offering guidance,mentoring,coaching
- Participate in sales conferences, industry events, and social networks to represent the company
- Design execute programs that foster &maintain a positive,growing relationship & mind share with Processors &their organizations.
- Collaborate effectively with Product,Support Customer Success team to improve existing Processor engagement and sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience, in B2B IT sales in India
- Should have sold software or services to the Chartered Accountants or CA Organizations.
- Understanding of Software sales cycles and processes would be a big advantage
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
UG:Any Graduate in Any Specialization
PG:MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
