Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description:
This is a high-performance position focused on community building. Therefore,we are looking for someone with good communication skills who can hold a conversation, think on their feet and an expert in business communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: (will include, though not limited to)
1. Maintaining the space occupancy by actively participating in sales process of new member acquisition and current member retention.
2. Hosting Member Gatherings and Organising Events (Planning, Content Building, Managing Logistics, Space Set Up, Event Partners, Organising Catering and Entertainment, Greeting attendees and Check-ins, Testing the equipment and making sure the execution is smooth).
3. Make sure all the members follow the set rules and regulations of the space.
4. Communicating business information, reminders and announcements to the members. 5. Monitoring housekeeping staff. Creating the space vibe to match the Company’s aesthetic. Making sure the facility is clean, stocked and well kept.
6. Taking both potential clients and new members for a Tour of the facility. Introducing New Members to the community and facilitating connections
7. Greeting Guests and Informing members of guests arrival.
8. Accepting Packages on behalf of the members and sorting mail.



Desired Candidate Profile

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Sales, Alliance, Admin, Front Office in Commercial Real Estate. 

OTHER SKILLS: 
 - Excellent communication & presentation skills 
 - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 
 - Proven examples of past relationship building activity resulting in increased sale 
 - High level of personal credibility, customer relationship, networking and interpersonal  
   skills 
 - Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage critical situations 
 - Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit - Comfortable using marketing automation 
   platforms and CRM
