- Will be responsible for IT Helpdesk services such as logging complaint tickets
- Managing service requests, installations, setups, and upgrades
- Assign severity to each call and allocating the call to the concerned technical resource
- Must track each ticket call to its resolution
- Must have good organizational ability
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Problem solving skills and attention to details.
