Business Developmen tExecutive will be responsible for developing the business side of Replicon., identify arising business opportunities and build long term relationships with prospects to increase the company's revenue and maximize profits. BDRs will help Uc Web Technologies to become as successful as it can be, by relying on their knowledge, theory and hands on experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets, will have a go-getter attitude and possess the drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services and maintaining fruitful relationships with prospects who are in the early stages of evaluation.
  • Discover the prospects evaluation stage and work with them accordingly
  • Researching organisations and individuals online, (especially on social media), LinkedIn, Upward, Freelancer, Guru, Pay per Hour, etc... utilize the contacts lists to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Need to meet client for pitching about the Services and Products.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing,Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Should have minimum 6 months of work experience in a similar Business. development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills to communicate, present, assert and speak to all the different stakeholders involved. Must be able to cold call prospects with confidence.
  • Collaborate with multiple parties from inside and outside the company and can build relationships, influence and manage conflicts to get things done.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Proven track record of overachieving targets.
High competency working with Microsoft office and even CRM Softwares is a must for this job

Required Candidate profile

Candidate who is available within 10 days is highly appreciate. Candidate who has proven experience in same IT filed is best suitable for this role.
